Help Desk

STAR Health can place a dedicated, 5 days a week, client-service executive for conducting Help Desk services inside the premises of your company. The client service executive at the help desk will provide seamless and prompt delivery of the following services:

  • Assist HR in endorsement follow-up of any addition, deletion.
  • Attending to the queries of your employees at the network hospitals at the time of hospitalization
